KLM Property Management was co-founded by Ken and Lynn Maxwell

A passion for buying and renovating homes quickly turned into an obsession for Ken and Lynn. Since 2005 they have been buying and selling single family homes, and over the years have developed a tried and true formula for maintaining and leasing investment properties. Ken and Lynn have had the opportunity to lease their homes to numerous hard working Nebraska families, and they are most proud of the many lasting memories and positive experiences their properties have helped to create.
